Can I pick up my item?
Yes you can. Please contact us to arrange this.

How long does delivery take?
This will depend on your location. If you have a tight deadline you might like to contact us before placing your order so that we can check the expected delivery time for your location.

Whilst our production service is an express service, we have no control over the couriers ability to deliver in the time frame that we would appreciate and as such we at no time offer an over night delivery service as standard. Generally delivery will take one to two business days to most major centres. Remote locations may take up to one week. Urgent delivery may be arranged at additional charges.

How much does it cost to create a distributor account?
It’s free to create an account – simply download the distributor agreement form, and submit to us for processing.

How do I pay for my order?
Once you have added products to your shopping cart, complete the payment for your order via the checkout.

What Credit Cards are accepted on the site?
The credit cards accepted on the site include Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express at this time.

How do I create an account?
Click on the “My Account” button at the top of the home page. Click on the “Register a new account” button. Enter the required information, and click on the “Submit” button.

I have forgotten my password 
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot your password” link on the Log In page. Enter your email address, and you will be sent a con­firmation email with your new password information. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

I would like to make a change to my account details
Click “My Account” and enter your email address and password. Change your account details as required, and then click “Apply”

Can I cancel and receive a refund for my order?
Once your order is submitted, it uploads directly into an automated processing system. Unfortunately, the system is unable to be altered, so we cannot cancel and refund your order.

I have placed my order and realised I have made a mistake and would like to make a change. How can I do that?
Email and phone us immediately. If production has commenced we may not be able to make any changes to your order.

I am not happy with the quality of my products, who can I talk to?

I have not received a confi­rmation email from Perspective Branding. Will my order be processed?
If you do not receive a confi­rmation email from Perspective Branding for your order, please check the spam folder of your email program. If your confi­rmation email is not there, please contact us to confi­rm that your order has been received.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be printed and despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours. This lead time may vary if our print queue has been fi­lled and we have reached our maximum orders for that day. In the event that delays are expected we will contact you immediately.

Can I change the shipping address, pick up location or contact phone number after my order has been placed?
Once an order has been fi­nalised and submitted for processing, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order, including the delivery address and contact phone number. Please contact us directly to discuss.

How do I upload my artwork?
Select which product you wish to order. You will then be asked to upload your artwork.

What format does my artwork need to be to upload?
The system will accept AI, EPS, JPEG, PDF, and CDR fi­le formats. If you are unable to supply these formats please contact customer support.

How can I become a Distributor?
